Please use the Login button above to use your Juror Number, Electronic Signature, and date of birth to open your account and complete your questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, you may request an excusal or deferment of your jury service. Allow three business days for the Jury Office to review your submitted information. You may use the Login screen anytime to check on the status of your jury service including excuse or deferral status.
